How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekends). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Where is my Order?
Delivery of in-stock items can take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States.
Does Camille Michael Ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
How do I use my promotion code?
To redeem a promotion code, enter the code exactly as it appears in the “coupon code” box in the shopping cart. Click "Apply Coupon" and your discount will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one promotional discount code per order will be accepted unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the offer details for redemption information and specifics about the offer.
Why was my order canceled?
Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order are canceled by our system for various reasons, such as:
· Item(s) not available.
· Difficulty in processing payment information.
· Cannot ship to address provided.
· A duplicate order was placed.
· Canceled due to a customer request.
If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.
I completed the checkout process but changed my mind about purchasing, what can I do?
Once you click the "Place Order" button in the shopping cart, your order begins to process and we are unable to cancel it or make changes.
What is your Return Policy?
Our customers’ satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased on our website or the product was damaged during shipment, please call or email us to request a return authorization number not more than 15 days after shipment notification to receive an exchange or refund of the purchase price (excluding taxes & shipping charges). How do I qualify to become a Camille Michael VIP Member?
When you accumulate $50 worth of orders with our company (before taxes, shipping and handling) within a 12-month period, whether online or through a Camille Michael Sales Associate, you automatically become eligible for VIP Membership. Purchase of Camille Michael products in retail stores do not apply.
Will I be notified of my eligibility for VIP Membership?
You will need to take the initiative to enroll in the VIP Membership Program when you reach the required minimum purchase. At that time, you may submit a VIP Membership enrollment application to us; we will then review it, and if you qualify, you will receive an email from us within 2 business days with your member ID # which you must enter in the “coupon code” box at checkout in order to receive your 10% member discount each time you make a purchase.

What happens when my VIP Membership expires?
Providing you made a minimum $50 purchase during your active membership year, your membership will be automatically renewed for 1 more year. If you did not meet the minimum purchase requirement, your membership will expire and your member ID # will be deactivated. To renew your VIP Membership, you will need to accumulate another $50 minimum purchase within a 12-month period from the date your membership expired. Once you have met this criteria, you will need to submit another VIP Membership enrollment from to us.
